Payment
We accept payments through Paypal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
You can provide payment by credit card, bank transfer, your checking or savings account via Paypal. You may sign up at no charge by visiting:
Wholesale
Any and all customers may purchase at the wholesale discount.
All purchases totaling $500.00 or more will receive a 20% discount.
Wholesale discount not applicable on custom designs.
Custom Floral Designs
Please feel free to contact us at
to discuss a custom floral design. Once we have your specifications we will work up your design, email you photos, sizes and prices. If the design is satisfactory to you, we will list your "Custom Order" on the site and you can purchase as usual.
Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping for multiple purchases traveling to the same address if the items can be safely packaged together. If you are interested in combined shipping, please contact us before you checkout so that we might invoice you directly for the adjusted shipping cost.
Shipping
We ship via UPS and USPS depending on the size, weight and destination of the package. The shipping rates apply to the Continental US only. All others, including Alaska, Hawaii and International customers, please contact us for shipping costs.
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
We include FREE delivery confirmation with all domestic shipments.
It is our desire to "go green" and save you some "green"...
we use recyled packaging materials.
Return Policy
We desire that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly let us know within 2 days of the receipt of your item. Return shipping is the resposibility of the buyer and must be sent back within 4 days of receipt of your delivery confirmation. Once the item is returned, we will issue you a refund or store credit for your purchase price.
